VT Industries, Inc. Celebrates Groundbreaking of $16 Million Holstein Expansion

March 13, 2024 (Holstein, Iowa)—VT Industries commemorated the expansion of their Holstein, Iowa architectural wood door manufacturing plant with a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, March 13.

The $16 million venture at its Holstein headquarters emphasizes VT’s commitment to their architectural wood door customers and impending growth, as well as the local community and employees.

“VT Industries has been proud of its continued growth within the Holstein community since my grandfather, Roger Clausen, founded the company in 1956,” says Aaron Clausen, Vice President of Operations for the Architectural Wood Door Division.

The expansion, slated for completion in spring 2025, will add 175,000 square-feet to the production footprint on the Holstein campus, marking the company’s largest addition to date. Not only will this development accommodate increased capacity for finished goods and provide space for future opportunities, but it will also improve efficiencies for the company’s existing manufacturing processes—allowing VT to better serve their customers world-wide.
