Blackmore Flats
Grand Forks, North Dakota’s newest apartment community, Blackmore Flats, offers residents the modern style and beautiful finishes they love. In real estate, they say kitchens and bathrooms are the spaces that sell, and Blackmore Flats doesn’t disappoint. Each unit features a large custom kitchen with an island.
The countertops selected for the project were VT Dimensions’ Ora edge profile paired with Wilsonart’s Spring Carnival laminate. Fabricators Unlimited, located in Fargo, North Dakota supplied and fabricated the countertops and worked with the builder, Enclave Development, to execute the installation.
The bathrooms also feature VT Dimensions countertops in the same laminate with VT’s Ora edge profile, unifying the finishes throughout.
