Project Overview:
235 Van Buren is a 46-story residential building located in the “loop” of Chicago. The distinctive tower features one-to-three-bedroom condos appointed with the finest premium finishes, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows that provide panoramic views of Lake Michigan or Chicago’s dynamic cityscape.
Building Challenge:
The building called for high-design doors that would live up to its luxurious and indulgent atmosphere. Additionally, the doors needed to provide superior performance to meet the heightened code requirements of multi-family residential applications.
VT’s Contribution:
VT Industries supplied over 700 Flush Wood Doors that feature plain sliced natural birch veneers with a custom finish. The doors blend seamlessly with the contemporary interior design scheme.
