Project Overview:
The 385 14th Street Towers, located in Oakland, California, are set to become the tallest high-rise apartment building in the city. The 40-story, $200 million high-rise will be home to 634 apartments and luxury penthouses and is part of the greater renovation process occurring in the downtown Oakland business district.
VT’s Contribution:
VT's Commercial Operations team partnered with the contractor, Carmel Partners, and was tasked with sourcing, templating, and installing the gorgeous quartz throughout the facility. The team fabricated and installed 45,000 sq. ft. of quartz countertops and various interior feature areas. White Sands was used for units on levels 1-29, Piatra Grey used for units on levels 30-37 and Calacatta was used in the penthouses and common areas.
